RFQ workflow

Technical RFQ package generator.

Upload spectrum requirements. The workflow can use assisted analysis when enabled, while keeping manual technical fields available for every RFQ.

Checking…

1. Upload spectrum requirement

Use this step for spectra, curves, drawings, old supplier datasheets or channel lists. This v1 form records file names and metadata to contextualize the request; share full files during engineering follow-up when needed.

    2. AI assisted analysis or Manual RFQ

When assisted analysis is not available, the workflow asks engineers to manually enter excitation/emission, crosstalk, OD and component preferences.

    3. Manual technical parameters

These fields capture the core review inputs: excitation, emission, crosstalk risk, OD requirement and recommended component type.

    4. Recommendation summary

In Manual RFQ, the page generates a rule-based summary. Assisted spectral analysis can enrich this summary when enabled.

    5. RFQ technical package

Copy, download or submit the package for engineering review. File uploads are recorded as metadata only in this v1 workflow.

    6. Engineering confirmation → sampling validation

    Engineering confirmation

Confirm manufacturability, coating target, testing method, tolerance, environmental constraints and quote.

    Sampling validation

Validate spectral curve, size, coating quality, instrument signal, crosstalk and batch documentation before OEM release.
